RentalOS provides cloud software for managing car rental operations. Access is provided via a web browser.

3. Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded upon registration and acceptance by account activation or confirmation email.

4. Service levels

The platform is provided with an annual average availability of 99.5%, excluding planned maintenance windows.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website apply. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance depending on plan.

6. Term and termination

The minimum contract term depends on the chosen plan. Contracts renew automatically unless terminated in due time.

7. Customer obligations

Customers must protect credentials, use the platform lawfully, and maintain reasonable additional data backups.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. A data processing agreement is concluded where required.

9. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory law. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damages.

10. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, where legally permissible.
